General Event Information
What is the Entegra Coach Homecoming event?
The Entegra Homecoming event is an exciting gathering for Entegra Coach owners to learn, connect, and have fun. Attendees can participate in educational classes, off-site tours, craft activities, a vendor fair, driving and parking lessons, entertainment, meals, and receive up to three free minor repairs.
Where and when is the event?
The event takes place at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds 17746-D County Rd 34, Goshen, IN 46528. The event officially begins on Tuesday, May 13th, with check-in at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 16th.
What time of day can I arrive?
Please plan to arrive between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., you will need to dry camp in the parking lot until 8:00 a.m. the following morning. A security guard will be on-site to provide guidance on dry camping procedures.
Where can I find the event schedule?
A digital version of the event schedule is available on the event website at the top right of the page under AGENDA: https://cvent.me/P3Zk5G
Event Logistics
Where do I enter the fairgrounds when I arrive?
Enter the fairgrounds through Gate 3 when you arrive.
Are campsites assigned in advance?
No, campsites are assigned upon arrival. The parking team will direct you based on whether you paid for a Premium or Standard site.
Can I camp with my friends?
Yes, since campsites are assigned upon arrival it is best if you arrive together … some coach owners have found the parking lot at Gate 5 a good place to rendezvous before entering Gate 3. If this is impossible, the first guest to arrive from your group should inform the parking team to set aside a campsite next to yours for your friend --- they can make a note.
Where do I get my badge, program, & welcome gift?
Please check in Tuesday morning May 13th between 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the PSI IOTA building. This little building is located under one of the large open-air pavilions outside.
Is there a shuttle service?
Yes! We have two 6-passenger golf carts providing free shuttle service around the fairground. These carts are easy to spot, marked with an orange flag and a "GOLF CART SHUTTLE" decal on the front. Simply wave them down when you see them passing by!
If you'd like to rent your own golf cart, please email [email protected] for rental contact information. While rental costs apply, ordering in advance allows for convenient delivery with Jayco’s bulk order.
Educational Opportunities & Classes
How do I sign up for classes?
Class sign-ups take place digitally through our registration website. In early April, a dedicated "Sign Up for Classes" page will be available for you to select your sessions.
Ahead of sign-ups, registrants will receive a "Save the Class Sign-Up Date" email with advance notice. This email will include a Class Description Reference Document, which we highly recommend reviewing beforehand. Knowing your preferred classes in advance will make the process quick and easy—simply log in, navigate to the sign-up page, and choose from the available Wednesday and Thursday sessions. For assistance, email [email protected].
What classes are available?
The event offers a mix of technical, maintenance, and lifestyle classes taught by Entegra Staff, suppliers/vendors, and coach owners.
Will the class materials be available after the event?
Yes, a link to PDF copies of class materials will be sent to attendees in a post-event email.
